A safe, compassionate space where healing begins. I help individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with evidence-based care tailored to your unique journey.
I'm Rabeckkah Rotwitt, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over fifteen years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families find their path toward emotional wellness and resilience.
After earning my Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, I completed advanced training in EMDR therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. My practice in Bucks County has grown from a deep belief that everyone deserves access to compassionate, expert mental health care.
I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking greater self-understanding, I'm here to walk alongside you.
Every person's journey is unique. I offer a range of therapeutic services designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward where you want to be.
One-on-one sessions tailored to your specific needs. Together we'll explore patterns, build coping strategies, and work toward the life you envision for yourself.
Strengthen your relationship through improved communication, deeper understanding, and renewed connection. I help partners navigate conflict and rediscover intimacy.
Families are complex systems. I help families improve dynamics, heal old wounds, and develop healthier patterns of interaction that benefit every member.
Using EMDR and trauma-focused approaches, I help you process difficult experiences at your own pace, reducing the grip that past events hold on your present life.
Through a blend of CBT, mindfulness, and personalized strategies, I help you manage overwhelming feelings and rediscover a sense of calm, purpose, and joy.
Grief takes many forms and has no timeline. I provide a gentle, supportive space to process loss, honor your loved ones, and gradually find a path forward.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. My integrative approach draws from multiple evidence-based modalities, tailored to what works best for you.
Identifying and reframing unhelpful thought patterns that drive anxiety, depression, and self-limiting behaviors.
A powerful, research-backed approach for processing traumatic memories and reducing their emotional intensity.
Cultivating present-moment awareness and acceptance to reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and enhance well-being.
Exploring how past experiences and unconscious patterns influence your present behavior, relationships, and emotional health.
The wound is the place where the light enters you. Healing is not about erasing the past, but about learning to carry it differently.
Genuine warmth and empathy in every session
A confidential, judgment-free environment
Healing happens at your own pace
Evidence-based, continuously evolving care
The experiences of those I've had the privilege of working with speak to the heart of my practice.
"Rabeckkah has a rare gift for making you feel completely safe and understood from the very first session. After years of struggling with anxiety, I finally feel like I have the tools to manage it. She changed my life in ways I didn't think were possible."
"My husband and I were on the brink of separation when we started seeing Rabeckkah. Her approach to couples therapy helped us rebuild trust and actually hear each other again. We're stronger now than we've ever been. Truly grateful."
"The EMDR work I did with Rabeckkah was transformative. Memories that had haunted me for decades no longer control my daily life. She guided me through the process with such patience and care. I can't recommend her highly enough."

Starting therapy is a big step. Here are answers to some of the questions I hear most often. Don't see yours? Feel free to reach out directly.
Ask a QuestionYour first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you to therapy, your history, and your goals. It's a collaborative conversation, not an interrogation. Many clients feel a sense of relief just from taking this first step. Sessions are 50 minutes.
I am in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Healthcare. I also accept out-of-network clients and can provide a superbill for reimbursement. A sliding scale is available for those who qualify. Don't let cost be a barrier -- let's talk about options.
Yes. I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients anywhere in Pennsylvania and New York. Many of my clients find virtual sessions just as effective as in-person, with the added convenience of attending from home. I use a secure video platform that's easy to access from any device.
This varies greatly from person to person. Some clients find significant relief in 8 to 12 sessions, while others benefit from longer-term work. We'll regularly check in on your progress and adjust our approach as needed. You're always in the driver's seat.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a well-researched therapy that helps the brain process traumatic or distressing memories. It's particularly effective for PTSD, anxiety, and phobias. During our initial sessions, we'll discuss whether EMDR might be a good fit for your specific situation.
Absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our therapeutic relationship. What you share stays between us, with very few legally mandated exceptions (such as imminent danger to yourself or others). I'll explain these boundaries in detail during our first meeting so you feel fully informed.
Taking the first step is often the hardest part. Whether you have a question or are ready to begin, I'd love to hear from you.
